The Capability Planning Manager will be responsible for pioneering material innovations, resin optimization, and high-value plastic formulations that drive raw material cost savings across ACI's plastics and packaging portfolio.
What You Will Do
- Develop and test novel polymer blends, custom masterbatches, and engineered resins to improve structural strength while reducing material weight.
- Lead research into Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) and Post-Industrial Recycled (PIR) resin integration without compromising structural performance.
- Optimize injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion processing parameters for newly introduced plastic formulations.
- Conduct comprehensive polymer characterization studies (thermal, mechanical, rheological properties) in laboratory settings.
- Extensive Work with R&D team of world class suppliers such as Exxon Mobil, Dow Chemical, Academician, Professional body for raw materials development and implementation in ACI plant
- Continuous improvement in recipe of own products and the combination of packaging of Premiaflex customers.
