- Collaborate with the principal/coordinators on daily administrative tasks.
- Work with teachers and support staff to maintain a well-organised and student-friendly campus.
- Attend Managers' meetings.
- General Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks like answering the phone, receiving emails, and managing school mail.
- Maintain systems for student arrivals, departures, sickness, transport, and after-school activities.
- Ensure efficient distribution of correspondence.
- Organise visits and appointments with teachers and parents.
- Greet visitors and provide tours or information as needed.
- Create and maintain timetables for various activities, including swimming, playground rotas, bus rotas, and after-school activities.
- Manage petty cash records, stock, and supplies.
- Coordinate with maintenance, IT, and guards for campus operations.
- Experience: 5+ years
- Education: bachelor of arts
