It has grown into an online learning community with over 500 active members and campus ambassadors from renowned institutions across Bangladesh. The organization regularly hosts events and activities that foster collaboration, creativity, and personal growth. Role Description The Campus Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Gulshan. This role is responsible for coordinating YouthBees activities on campus, including promoting E-learning programs, organizing events, and engaging students in community initiatives. The Campus Lead will build and maintain relationships with campus ambassadors, student groups, and institutional stakeholders to expand YouthBees’ presence. Daily tasks include planning and executing outreach campaigns, gathering feedback from participants, and reporting on engagement metrics. The Campus Lead will also collaborate with the central team to align campus activities with YouthBees’ mission and support continuous improvement of programs.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students and stakeholders.
- Experience in event planning, coordination, or campus leadership roles, preferably in student organizations or youth initiatives.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple activities, deadlines, and campus engagements.
- Basic digital literacy, including familiarity with online learning platforms, social media, and productivity tools.
- Demonstrated interest in youth development, education, or skills training, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in Gulshan and coordinate with diverse teams across different institutions.
- Currently enrolled in or graduate from a recognized institution; experience as a campus ambassador or similar role is an advantage.
