Campus Ambassador — ASCE Student Symposium Bangladesh 2026

About the Role

ASCE Student Symposium Bangladesh 2026 is seeking motivated, proactive, and well-connected university students to join as Campus Ambassadors.

As a Campus Ambassador, you will serve as the official representative of the Symposium at your university. You will play a key role in creating awareness, encouraging participation, and connecting students with one of the leading civil engineering student platforms in Bangladesh.

This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in leadership, communication, networking, event promotion, and community engagement while becoming part of a nationwide student network.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent ASCE Student Symposium Bangladesh 2026 at your university.
• Promote the Symposium among students, departments, clubs, and relevant student communities.
• Share official event announcements, registration information, and promotional materials through appropriate channels.
• Encourage students from your campus to participate in the Symposium.
• Establish and maintain communication with relevant university clubs and student communities.
• Support the Symposium's promotional activities and outreach campaigns.
• Act as a communication bridge between the Symposium organizing team and your campus community.
• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain the reputation of the Symposium and ASCE throughout the ambassadorial tenure.

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome applications from students who are:

• Currently enrolled at a recognized university in Bangladesh.
• Active and well-connected within their university community.
• Confident in communication and interpersonal interaction.
• Proactive, responsible, and capable of taking initiative.
• Interested in leadership, networking, event management, or community engagement.
• Able to dedicate sufficient time to the responsibilities of a Campus Ambassador.

Previous experience in student organizations, event management, marketing, public relations, or campus leadership will be considered an advantage, but it is not mandatory.

What You Will Receive Internationally Recognizable Certificate

All selected Campus Ambassadors who successfully complete their responsibilities will receive an internationally recognizable certificate acknowledging their contribution to ASCE Student Symposium Bangladesh 2026.

Best Campus Ambassador Award

Outstanding performance will be recognized. The Best Campus Ambassador will be selected based on overall performance, contribution, outreach, initiative, and engagement, and will receive a special prize.

Professional Networking

Connect with students, organizers, university communities, and aspiring civil engineers from across Bangladesh.

Leadership & Professional Development

Selection Criteria

Campus Ambassadors will be evaluated based on:

• Outreach and engagement
• Number and quality of participants referred
• Initiative and creativity
• Communication and coordination
• Consistency and responsiveness
• Overall contribution to the Symposium
