Neuron Educare is looking for a creative, performance-driven, and experienced Digital Marketing & Campaign Manager to join our growing team in Dhaka.

🔹 Position

Digital Marketing & Campaign Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google & other relevant platforms

• Develop and implement lead-generation strategies for student recruitment

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns based on performance

• Monitor CPL, CTR, conversion rates, lead quality, and overall campaign ROI

• Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams to improve lead-to-enrollment conversion

• Develop campaign strategies for UK, Australia, Canada, Europe and other study destinations

• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research

• Prepare weekly/monthly campaign performance reports and actionable insights

• Work closely with the creative/content team for campaign creatives, videos, copies, and promotional materials

• Continuously test and optimize campaigns, audiences, creatives, and budgets

🔹 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign management

• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Proven experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns

• Good understanding of Facebook Pixel, conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously

• Experience in the education consultancy / study abroad industry will be an added advantage

• Strong communication, creativity, and strategic thinking
