Job Description
- Handle customer queries related to mobile content, streaming services, IVR services, and SMS alerts.
- Assist customers with VAS subscription activation, deactivation, and billing-related issues.
- Check and resolve customer complaints regarding service charges and deductions.
- Coordinate with the technical and billing teams to resolve complex issues.
- Keep records of customer complaints and follow up until the issue is resolved.
- Inform customers about ongoing offers and promotions.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams regarding billing discrepancies and small transaction-related issues.
Requirements
- Good communication skills and a smart, professional personality.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with customer service/call center experience will be preferred.
Office Hours:
09:30 AM – 06:30 PM
Friday – Closed
Office Location: Gulshan 1
Salary & Benefits: 10,000 BDT to 12,000 BDT
