- Receive and respond to patient inquiries through phone calls, email, social media, and in-person interactions with professionalism, empathy, and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding doctors' schedules, hospital services, departments, diagnostic tests, health packages, and appointment availability.
- Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and patient coordination while ensuring the appointment system operates efficiently.
- Operate the hospital PABX/switchboard by answering, screening, transferring calls, taking messages, and ensuring prompt communication with relevant departments.
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants by providing guidance on admissions, departmental locations, and hospital services.
- Ability to train and coach customer care staff on communication, customer service, and call-handling skills.
- Maintain accurate patient information and update records in the hospital information system while ensuring confidentiality.
- Address patient complaints, concerns, and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolution and a positive patient experience.
- Promote the hospital's healthcare services, wellness packages, and value-added offerings to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards by maintaining professional communication and delivering a positive patient experience at every point of contact.
- Experience: 3 years
- Education: diploma in healthcare management
