DOPPCALL is a pay-per-call affiliate network that provides marketing solutions for global companies, primarily in the USA. Our main objective is to generate customer phone calls from search, social media ads, and telemarketing, and route them to our clients' call centers. We also have affiliate publishers who help us generate inbound calls, which we sell to our clients.

• Make outbound calls to U.S. consumers and sell DOPPCALL’s services in different niches.
• Answer inbound customer calls and provide assistance for home service verticals such as:
• Pest Control
• Plumbing
• Walk-in Tubs
• Moving Services
• And other related services
• Build rapport with potential customers and handle objections professionally.
• Accurately record customer details and call outcomes.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism on every call.
• Prepare client IO and publisher IO documents and send them via Foxit eSign (E-Foxit) for signature.

• Proven experience in sales or telemarketing (outbound calling experience preferred).
• Fluent in English — both written and spoken (must be able to converse confidently with U.S. consumers).
• IELTS score of 6.0 or above is required.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or call center tools is a plus.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup.
• Target-driven and able to work under pressure.

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday (2 days off per week)
• 7 Pm to 4 Am Bangladesh Standard Time
• Working From Office

Salary:

Negotiable (based on experience and performance)
