Office Location
iHelpBD – Asad Gate
House # 2/2, Level # 5, Block # A, Iqbal Road, Dhaka – 1207
Job Responsibilities
✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls
✅ Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information
✅ Follow up with customers when required
✅ Maintain SLA and service quality standards
✅ Update and manage customer information using CRM
✅ Follow scripts, SOPs and operational guidelines
Employment Details
📌 Position: Call Center Representative (Campaign)
📌 Employment Type: Full-Time
📌 Gender: Male Only
📌 Freshers: Highly encouraged to apply
📌 Campaign Duration: 2 Months
📌 Working Hours: 9 Hours (Including 1-hour break)
📌 Shift: Morning / Evening / Super Evening
📌 Super Evening Shift: Male candidates only
Qualifications
🎓 Undergraduate (Running Student), Diploma Holders or Graduates can apply
🖥️ Basic computer literacy
📄 Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & Google Sheets
💬 Good Bengali communication skills (Speaking & Typing)
⌨️ Good typing speed in English & Bengali
🤝 Punctual, responsible, honest and team-oriented
🎧 Good listening and customer-handling skills
Salary & Benefits
💰 Fixed Salary: BDT 10,000/- per month
🍱 Lunch Allowance: BDT 1,200/- per month
🎯 No Sales Target
🕐 Duty Schedule
Morning: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Evening: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Super Evening (Home): 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
🏠 Home Duty Requirement:
Home Duty-এর জন্য প্রার্থীর অবশ্যই নিজস্ব Laptop/Computer, stable Internet connection এবং suitable workstation থাকতে হবে।
