- Receive phone call from patients, Doctors, corporate customer and record all information properly.
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or promotions.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and respond appropriately.
- Provide accurate information about products, services.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional tone at all times.
- Provide feedback to improve service processes.
- Understand customer needs and provide prompt, accurate, and effective assistance.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their audience engagement patterns
- Maintaining regular contact with customers (Phone, Messenger, WhatsApp etc.).
- Provide accurate information about our services.
- Welcomes Patients and Attendants by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests with appropriate manners & curtsy
- Provide information on different services & tariffs and convince patients to avail the services
- Receiving customer queries and forwarding them to the concerned department.
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Education: bachelor of science
- Skills: customer service skills, customer inquiries handling, call center operations, telephone skills, receptionist duties, customer service, call center administration, customer service, call center management, customer-service
