- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company`s real estate projects and services.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Generate leads, follow up with customers, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
