Call Center Executive

London Park & Cultural City, Dhaka is a 200-acre integrated lifestyle and cultural destination under development in Keraniganj, Dhaka — bringing together a Media Zone, Waterfront Zone, Food & Commercial Zone, Edutainment Zone, and modern facility infrastructure.

We are hiring two experienced Call Center Executives to be the first point of contact for our investors, clients and visitors. This is a relationship-driven role, not high-volume scripted telemarketing. Female candidates will be given preference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to leads from Facebook/Instagram ads, website forms and Messenger within the same working day

- Handle inbound calls and messages with accurate information about the project and investment opportunities

- Qualify leads (genuine investors vs general inquiries) and route them to the right sales representative

- Schedule and confirm site visits, office appointments and follow-up calls

- Maintain accurate lead records in our CRM (Google Sheets–based; training provided)

- Follow a structured follow-up schedule for every lead until closure

- Respond to Messenger and WhatsApp inquiries with the digital marketing team

- Prepare a short daily call summary report

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years' experience in call center, telesales, customer service or front-desk roles (freshers not eligible)

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HSC with 3+ years' exceptional experience considered

- Excellent verbal Bangla; working proficiency in English

- Comfortable with 40–60 outbound calls per day and calm under rejection

- Basic MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM skills

- Real estate or land developer experience is a strong advantage

- Age 22–35 (relaxable for highly experienced candidates); Dhaka-based

SALARY & BENEFITS

- BDT 20,000 – 25,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance

- Performance incentive on qualified leads and successful site visits

- 2 festival bonuses per year (Eid-ul-Fitr & Eid-ul-Adha), each 100% of basic salary

- Festival and government holidays as per standard private-sector practice in Bangladesh

- Mobile allowance, yearly salary review, training and career growth

- 6-day work week (Saturday – Thursday); Friday off
