* কাস্টমার সার্ভিস (কল রিসিভ ও সহায়তা প্রদান)।
* কাস্টমার মেসেজ ও কল হ্যান্ডলিং।
* টাইপিং (বাংলা-ইংরেজি)।
* কম্পিউটার ব্রাউজিং।
* অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও ফলোআপ।
* রিপোর্ট তৈরি ও ডাটা মেইনটেইন।
* টিমের সঙ্গে সমন্বয়।
* কুরিয়ার এন্ট্রি।
Requirements
- সর্বনিন্ম এইচএসসি কৃতকার্য।
- কম্পিউটার অফিস এ্যাপ্লিকেশন (টাইপিং সহ) দক্ষ।
