Call Center Executive

German Butcher is looking for a Call Center Executive to handle customer communication, confirm orders, and ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Call customers to confirm online and phone orders and ensure all order details are correct.
* Contact customers when necessary to clarify order details, delivery information, product availability, or other concerns.
* Handle customer queries through calls and provide accurate information about our products, prices, offers, outlets, and services.
* Receive and record customer feedback regarding products, orders, delivery, and overall service.
* Handle customer complaints professionally and forward relevant issues to the designated department for resolution.
* Follow up with customers regarding unresolved queries or complaints when required.
* Coordinate with the relevant shop, delivery team, or concerned department to ensure customer issues are properly addressed.
* Maintain accurate records of customer calls, feedback, complaints, and order confirmations.
* Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.
* Ensure customers receive clear and accurate information throughout the order process.
