- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, social media, and other digital channels.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads from social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Engage with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Handle quotations, orders, service requests, returns, and after-sales support.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely, professional issue resolution.
- Maintain and update customer records, CRM systems, and lead databases.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Conduct follow-ups to strengthen client relationships and maximize customer satisfaction.
