- Generate and qualify leads from digital platforms and campaigns.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Understand customer needs, budget, location, and preferences.
- Promote projects and provide property information.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, Messenger, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule site visits and meetings with the Sales Team.
- Maintain updated customer and lead records.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Support Sales Team in lead conversion and sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
- Experience: At least 1 year
- Education: bachelor of arts
