Position: Business Unit Head

Salary: BDT 1,00,000 – 1,50,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 12 Years

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall Business Unit operations.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Drive sales growth, market expansion, and business development.
• Lead and monitor the Sales & Marketing team and ensure target achievement.
• Develop new markets, customers, dealers, and distribution channels.
• Monitor sales performance, collection, stock, and market activities.
• Prepare and implement annual and monthly business plans.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Ensure effective coordination among Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Report business performance and strategic recommendations to Top Management.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a relevant discipline.
• Strong leadership, business development, sales, and team management skills.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Lighting, Consumer Electronics, or related industries.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and business growth targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh market and distribution network.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a large team.
