- Oversee end-to-end travel operations, including bookings, ticketing, itinerary management, confirmations, and service coordination.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, suppliers, and other business partners to ensure seamless and timely service delivery.
- Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of the operations and sales teams to ensure productivity and service excellence.
- Develop and implement effective sales, marketing, and business development strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, target markets, corporate clients, and potential partnerships to expand the company’s customer base.
- Drive sales of air tickets, tour packages, visa assistance, hotel bookings, and other travel-related services.
- Set and monitor monthly sales targets, KPIs, and team performance, taking corrective actions where necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate accounts, vendors, airlines, and strategic partners.
- Analyze business performance, sales data, operational efficiency, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage operational budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, vendor negotiations, and cost control initiatives.
- Monitor customer feedback and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve service issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable travel regulations.
- Prepare regular sales and operational performance reports for management review.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective systems, tools, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration (bba)
- Skills: travel management, travel industry knowledge, travel and tourism, airline management, tour management, airline reservations, travel coordination, travel agency, travel booking, tour operators
