Business Operation Analyst (Junior)

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst who enjoys solving business problems using data and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Performance Analytics 

Analyze business sales, transactions, customer behavior, and operational KPIs

Identify trends, operational bottlenecks, and growth opportunities

Build dashboards and recurring performance reports

Monitor business health metrics and operational performance

Present actionable, data-driven recommendations to internal teams and business partners

Business Requirements Analysis 

Meet with business partners to understand their workflows, challenges, and operational needs

Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements

Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications

Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure successful implementation

Validate delivered solutions against business expectations before release

Customer Operations & Onboarding 

Manage onboarding and platform setup for new business partners

Configure business profiles, products, services, and operational settings

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency

Support customers during operational changes and feature rollouts

Provide guidance to help businesses successfully adopt the platform

Data Quality & Process Improvement 

Audit customer data for consistency and accuracy

Identify repetitive operational challenges and recommend automation opportunities

Improve internal processes using operational insights and data

Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational guidelines

Continuously recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

6 months to 1 year of professional experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Customer Success, or a related role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Technical Skills

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with data and solving business problems

Experience with - Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query)

Data analysis using real business datasets

Breaking down ambiguous business problems into structured solutions

Communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders

Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Requirements gathering and documentation

Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: BDT 15,000-20,000/month

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
