Context
NAXAS Inventions Limited is looking for a dynamic, responsible, and execution-focused Business Manager to oversee daily business operations, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure timely execution of management decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office and business operations.
- Monitor departmental activities and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
- Follow up on tasks, targets, deadlines, and management instructions to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with HR & Admin, Accounts, Sales & Marketing, Software/Technical, Project, Procurement, and other operational teams.
- Track ongoing projects, business activities, client requirements, and critical pending tasks.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with responsible employees and department leads.
- Identify operational gaps, delays, coordination issues, and performance concerns and take appropriate corrective action.
- Coordinate internal meetings and ensure proper follow-up of action points.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, reporting systems, and management instructions.
- Escalate critical operational, financial, HR, or client-related issues to Management when necessary.
- Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Business & Operations Reports to Management.
- Support Management in improving operational efficiency, accountability, and organizational discipline.
- Experience: 8-12 years
- Education:
- Skills: strong business acumen, business management, new business development, national account management, daily operations management, understanding of business operations, sales management, global business development, businessdevelopment, businessacumen
