Your Mission

As our Business Growth Manager, you will spearhead partnership development, expand our referral network, and drive student recruitment through strategic collaborations across Bangladesh.

What You'll Do

• Develop and expand a nationwide network of education sub-agents
• Build strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions
• Collaborate with English-medium schools, colleges, and corporate organizations
• Establish referral partnerships with IELTS, PTE, and language coaching centers
• Conduct business meetings, presentations, networking events, and partner visits
• Maintain long-term relationships with partners and ensure continuous engagement
• Achieve monthly partnership acquisition and student recruitment targets
• Work closely with Counseling, Admissions, and Marketing teams to maximize conversion
• Organize seminars, workshops, school visits, and promotional campaigns
• Monitor market trends and prepare regular business development reports

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnership Management, or the International Education industry
• Existing network within schools, colleges, coaching centers, or education consultancies is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for business growth
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings and business development activities
