- Develop and execute retail expansion strategies aligned with business objectives
- Identify potential markets and locations for new retail stores through market research and feasibility analysis
- Prepare business cases, financial projections, and ROI assessments for new store investments
- Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor expansion activities
- Conduct site surveys and evaluate locations based on demographics, footfall, accessibility, and commercial viability
- Coordinate with landlords, property owners, and developers for lease negotiations
- Ensure all legal, commercial, and regulatory requirements are completed before store launch
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance for smooth store openings
- Develop store opening timelines and monitor project milestones
- Support post-launch performance monitoring and corrective actions
- Prepare expansion budgets and monitor project expenditures
- Analyze store performance against business projections
- Recommend improvements to maximize return on investment
- Prepare regular expansion progress reports for senior management
- Develop dashboards for store opening status, investment tracking, and performance metrics
- Experience: 3-7 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration (bba)
