Business Development Specialist | $800 + KPI | Bangladesh | Remote
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Remote
Bengali + English required
We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to find new partners and support business growth in Bangladesh.
What you’ll do
- Find and contact potential clients and partners.
- Present our services and discuss cooperation.
- Negotiate terms and maintain business relationships.
- Follow up with leads and track results.
- Update CRM and prepare simple reports.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or digital marketing.
- Bengali + English, written and spoken.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic Google Sheets/Excel and CRM skills.
- Bangladesh market experience is a plus.
- Responsible and willing to learn.
