We are looking for more than a sales manager — we need a strategic business partner who thinks like a founder and acts with full ownership. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, revenue, and operations. You will own the complete growth engine: identifying opportunities, closing deals, building government relationships, scaling international partnerships, and developing the internal team that powers it all.
Strategy & Business Growth
— Design and own the annual BD strategy aligned with company goals
— Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and revenue streams
— Build and maintain a strong multi-segment prospect pipeline
— Lead competitive analysis, positioning, and market research
— Contribute to service/product offering development and pricing strategy
— Set and track BD KPIs; report progress to senior leadership
B2B Partnerships
— Identify, negotiate, and close strategic B2B partnerships
— Establish management and growth of existing partner relationships against agreed KPIs
— Establish MoUs, SLAs, and formal partnership agreements
— Evaluate partnership performance and iterate on collaboration models
Local Corporate Sales
— Drive direct corporate sales to local enterprise and mid-market clients
— Lead pitches, presentations, and proposal submissions end-to-end
— Build and maintain C-suite level relationships across target accounts
— Manage the full deal lifecycle from lead qualification to signed contract
Government Contracts & Tenders
— Manage government stakeholder relationships and institutional mapping
— Oversee active government contract delivery, reporting, and renewal
— Participate in international tender processes and cross-border procurement
Outreach & Digital Business Development
— Design and execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
— Build and maintain a structured, data-driven prospecting system
— Track and optimize outreach metrics: open rates, responses, conversions
— Align outbound BD efforts with marketing and inbound lead generation
Team Management & Internal Operations
— Hire, onboard, coach, and manage the BD team
— Set individual targets and conduct regular performance reviews
— Own the CRM — configuration, data hygiene, and team adoption
— Prepare and present timely performance reports
— Develop and standardize offer templates, proposal decks, and playbooks
— Build a high-performance BD culture grounded in accountability and growth
✓ 6–10 years of BD, sales, or partnership experience
✓ Strong LinkedIn and email outreach knowledge
✓ Proven track record in B2B sales and partnership management
✓ Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a BD team
✓ Hands-on experience with government tenders and RFP processes
✓ Excellent written and spoken English communication
✓ Experience managing government contracts post-award
✓ Strong report writing and executive presentation skills
✓ International BD or cross-border deal experience
✓ Bachelor's or master's degree from CSE or relevant engineering fields will be a great addition
✓ CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
