- Take the challenge to meet the target.
- Expected to be target oriented & ensure achievement on time.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow, etc.).
- Maintain inter-company accounts using software like Tally and ERP software using.
- Record and manage vouchers, general ledger, cash book, bank book, and bill register.
- Check bills and ensure timely and accurate posting.
- Analyzing the market trends and buyer requirements / opportunities, and developing creative and innovative products by liaise with internal design, and innovation team.
- Developing and managing Merchandising Annual Budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to drive sales and capacities in order to meet financial goals of the company.
- Taking the ownership and liaise with leadership teams on various EPM improvement projects nominated by the company.
- Conducting regular meetings once a week with the Production/ Planning Departments to make sure the smooth production and shipments.
- Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams, including Product Development, Planning, and Quality Teams to align merchandising strategies with overall business objectives.
- Any other task assign by the Management/Board.
- Experience: 5-10 years
- Education: master of business administration (mba)
- Skills: merchandise planning, production management, daily operations management, p&l management, p&lmanagement, sales target achievement, back office operations, operation management, retail management, finance management
