Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and expanding the company’s market presence. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, conducting meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating agreements, and tracking sales performance. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, support marketing initiatives, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management. The role requires proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and a strong focus on achieving growth targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and business communication.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify new business opportunities.
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a services or consulting environment.
• Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools, and comfort working with digital platforms.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
