About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for Libanza Films - building relationships with agencies and corporate clients, pitching production capabilities, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of business, production, and client servicing, and is central to how Libanza Films scales its client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and pitch to advertising agencies and corporate clients for production business
• Prepare and present proposals, budgets, and production estimates tailored to client briefs
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with agency and corporate stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries - production timelines, scope, and commercials
• Coordinate with the production and creative teams to ensure pitches and budgets reflect realistic execution capability
• Track pipeline, follow up on leads, and report on business development progress

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in business development or client servicing within a production house, video/film production company, or media agency - this is non-negotiable
• Solid understanding of TVC/OVC/corporate film production processes, timelines, and cost structures
• Strong communication and presentation skills - comfortable pitching to senior agency and corporate stakeholders
• Ability to prepare and negotiate production budgets
• Existing network within agencies and corporates is a strong plus
• Self-driven, relationship-oriented, and commercially minded
