Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Travel Business Unit. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key operational role in executing sales activities to drive revenue growth, strengthen brand presence, and ensure excellent customer engagement. You will work closely with internal teams to manage leads, support campaigns, and convert opportunities into business.

About the Role

• Execute assigned sales activities to achieve individual and team revenue targets
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries and convert prospects into confirmed bookings
• Prepare quotations and maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
• Support Sales campaigns, promotions, offers, and events
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Handle customer communications, resolve issues, and collect customer feedback
• Gather market intelligence including competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer insights
• Prepare daily and weekly sales, lead, and activity reports

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (Travel, tourism, hospitality, or service industry experience will be an advantage)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline
• Skills & Competencies:
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing basics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused, result-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
