About BIZTRADE:

BIZTRADE is a growing B2B Marketplace & SME Advisory Platform, connecting 10+ million traders, exporters, manufacturers, and SMEs with global buyers and sellers. We also provide SME-focused advisory services including licensing, digital solutions, and trade development.

We are expanding and looking for dynamic interns in multiple departments who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in the SME ecosystem of Bangladesh.

Available Positions:

🔹 Order Management Intern

Assist in processing and tracking orders on the BIZTRADE platform

Coordinate between sellers and buyers for smooth transactions

Maintain records of delivery, payment, and feedback

🔹 Seller Management Intern

Support onboarding of new sellers, including verification, profile setup, and training

Assist sellers in listing products and improving visibility

Provide support to SMEs in using the platform effectively

🔹 Category Management Intern

Manage product categories, including pricing, catalog updates, and promotions

Research demand for key categories such as garments, agro, leather, etc.

Track category performance and support trade campaigns

🔹 Advisory Services Intern

Assist SME clients with basic queries related to licensing, tax, and trade documentation

Support the advisory team in preparing content and guides for SMEs

Research regulatory requirements and global trade standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or recently completed) in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields
• Strong interest in B2B trade, SME development, and digital platforms
• Good communication skills in Bangla and English
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (bonus: Canva, Excel, and other digital tools)
