Job Description

CifarX is a Bangladesh-based software development company delivering end-to-end digital solutions, including custom software development, web and mobile applications, and UI/UX design for local and international clients.We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive business growth and expand our client base, particularly in Central Asia.


Job Details:

  • Working Days: 5
  • Probation Period: 3 Months
  • Must be based in Bangladesh

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients
  • Execute structured outbound sales campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach
  • Generate and qualify leads consistently
  • Conduct discovery meetings and present CifarX services
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for proposals and scope discussions
  • Maintain CRM with accurate tracking of leads and conversations
  • Submit weekly performance and pipeline reports
  • Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategy
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BBA/BCom)
  • BSc in CSE / MBA will be considered as an advantage

 

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT services/product sales
  • Experience in Software Company / ITES / Development Agency / B2B Software & Services Startup

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven ability to close B2B service deals
  • Strong understanding of custom software development lifecycle
  • Experience in outbound lead generation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Strong ownership mindset and target-driven attitude
  • Ability to manage full sales cycle from lead to closure
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience selling to international markets
  • Experience working with offshore development companies
  • Exposure to Central Asia market is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Russian language (advantage, not mandatory)
