Business Development Executive| (Night Shift) | Hybrid

Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka (On-site / Hybrid)

We’re now looking for a Business Development Executive who is curious, confident, energetic, and excited to build a career in international sales and business development.

No prior sales experience? That’s okay. If you communicate confidently, enjoy talking to people, learn quickly, and aren't afraid to start a conversation with someone new, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Own

• Build your own pipeline from scratch — independently sourcing new leads through LinkedIn, company websites, business directories, and other public channels
• Research target companies before reaching out, identifying the right decision-maker and a relevant angle for each conversation
• Run outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn to open new conversations with prospective clients
• Take prospects through structured discovery conversations to understand their hiring/staffing needs and match them to TechCare's offering
• Own follow-up end-to-end — no lead goes cold from lack of consistent, timely contact
• Keep the CRM current after every touchpoint — call outcomes, next steps, and prospect details logged accurately
• Stay sharp on TechCare's service model and delivery approach well enough to speak to it confidently and handle objections live.

You don't need to know everything from day one — we'll help you learn the process. What matters most is your attitude, communication, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Confident, fluent English — comfortable holding a conversation, not just reading a script
• ability to self-source leads rather than relying solely on inbound or provided lists
• Strong personal organization — capable of managing your own pipeline with minimal hand-holding
• Sharp communication, lightning execution, and zero ego — punctuality and humility are your daily vitamins.
• Comfortable juggling multiple prospects at different stages at once
• Professional, courteous phone presence across a wide range of business contexts
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education

Your university, CGPA, or academic background isn't our primary concern.

We care more about how you communicate, how you think, how quickly you learn, and how you approach people and problems.

Working Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday & Sunday off)
