Job Description
We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive – Job Placement
Ostad is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Executive to help connect our graduates with employers in Bangladesh and international markets.
What You’ll Do:
1. Identify and onboard new employer partners for Ostad graduates.
2. Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition teams, recruiters, and hiring managers.
3. Proactively identify job opportunities and vacancies relevant to Ostad graduates.
4. Maintain and grow relationships with existing employer partners to generate recurring opportunities.
5. Coordinate with the Job Placement team to share relevant graduates with employers.
6. Follow up throughout the recruitment process and track interviews, offers, joining, and final placement outcomes.
7. Continuously expand Ostad’s employer network across Bangladesh and globally.
What We’re Looking For:
1. At least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Recruitment, Employer Relations, or a similar role.
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
3. Excellent English and Bangla communication skills.
4. Comfortable with LinkedIn, email, phone-based outreach, and professional networking.
5. Strong follow-up, ownership, and execution skills.
6. Comfortable communicating with employers and stakeholders internationally.
7. Graduate from any University.
Experience with B2B sales, recruitment, HR/Talent Acquisition, EdTech, or international/remote hiring will be a plus.
