Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote and sell EATL’s software products and ICT solutions, particularly:

• 🏥 Hospital Management Systems (HIMS)
• 🏫 School Management Systems
• 🎓 Education & Examination Management Systems
• 💻 Enterprise & Customized Software Solutions

The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations.
• Prepare sales proposals and commercial offers.
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to develop customized solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
• Represent EATL at industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in IT/software sales, ICT services, or B2B sales.
• Experience selling or promoting HIMS, School Management, Education Management, ERP, or other enterprise software will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of software products and management systems.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients when required.
