DiscountLagbe is looking for a confident, energetic and people-friendly individual to join our growing team.

Your job will be simple — meet businesses, build relationships and bring them onto DiscountLagbe.

📍 Territory: Dhanmondi, Dhaka

Primary Focus: Satmasjid Road, Dhanmondi 27, Jigatola & nearby commercial areas

What you’ll be doing

• Visit restaurants, fashion stores, salons, lifestyle businesses and other local brands

• Meet business owners/managers and introduce DiscountLagbe

• Explain how their offers can be discovered by relevant customers

• Help interested businesses get registered

• Assist merchants in publishing their first offer

• Follow up with interested businesses and existing merchants

• Track your daily visits, leads and conversions

What we’re looking for

We care more about communication, confidence and execution than certificates.

You should:

• Be comfortable talking to new people

• Have strong Bangla communication skills

• Be confident speaking with business owners

• Be proactive and self-driven

• Be comfortable working in the field

• Know your way around a smartphone and basic online tools

Sales / Business Development experience is a plus.

Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.

Compensation

৳10,000–12,000 / a month + Field Allowance + Performance Incentives
