Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Dhaka. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a pipeline of prospective students and institutional partners. The role includes managing client relationships, conducting consultations with students and families, and presenting Nixa Global’s services in a clear and compelling manner. The individual will collaborate with the counseling and admissions teams to align business development activities with student recruitment goals, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting. Additional responsibilities include attending events, seminars, and partner meetings, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and contributing to marketing initiatives to expand Nixa Global’s presence in the region.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and convert prospective clients and partners.
• Solid understanding of Business processes and commercial acumen to support sustainable growth and strategic decision-making.
• Excellent Communication skills to conduct consultations, deliver presentations, negotiate agreements, and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency in Account Management to nurture ongoing client and partner relationships, ensure service satisfaction, and maximize retention.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in education consultancy, student recruitment, or related service industries is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong organizational, time management, and reporting skills.
• Comfort using CRM tools, office productivity software, and digital communication platforms.
• Fluency in English and Bangla, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
