- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via Email, chat & online meetings.
- Understand client requirements & communicate them clearly to the production team.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, revisions, & issue resolution.
- Manage multiple image and video post-production projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with editors, retouchers, designers, & quality control teams.
- Create project timelines & ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor project progress & identify potential risks or delays.
- Allocate resources efficiently to maintain productivity.
- Conduct quality checks before final delivery to clients.
- Track project budgets, scope changes, & revision requests.
- Maintain accurate project records & reporting systems.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, & other project documentation when required.
- Research & identify new targeted leads for business development.
- Maintain strong & professional relationships with international clients.
