We are a Dhaka-based software engineering agency specializing in custom web platforms, mobile apps, business management software, and workflow automation. Our engineering team is focused on product quality and delivery—now we are looking for a dedicated Business Development Executive to lead client acquisition and establish partnerships with businesses across Dhaka.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify enterprise and mid-market organizations across key sectors—including logistics, retail, manufacturing, and corporate services—that require digital transformation or upgraded infrastructure.
• Build strategic relationships with C-level executives, Managing Directors, and Heads of Technology/Operations through structured multichannel outreach and targeted corporate networking.
• Lead preliminary business discovery sessions to assess operational bottlenecks, system redundancies, and modernization opportunities across major business districts in Dhaka.
• Partner closely with internal technical leadership to translate client requirements into viable digital roadmaps, customized solution architectures, and commercial proposals.
• Oversee the end-to-end B2B sales lifecycle, managing contract negotiations, closing enterprise agreements, and ensuring timely financial realization.

What We Expect From You

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales or corporate account acquisition in Bangladesh (prior experience in software/IT services is a big plus).
• Comfortable picking up the phone, cold-calling, and walking into corporate offices.
• Basic tech literacy—you don’t need to write code, but you must know what custom software, APIs, and mobile apps actually do for a business.
• Disciplined follow-up habits—no leads falling through the cracks on WhatsApp or email.
• Fluent in Bengali and proficient in professional English communication.

What We Offer

• Fixed monthly base salary + transport allowance for field visits.
