Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive (Activation) at Steadfast Courier, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in business development. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills necessary for success in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and activate new merchant registrations
- Provide detailed information about Steadfast Courier and its services
- Inform merchants about terms and conditions, ensuring clarity and compliance
- Maintain accurate records of merchant activation and communication
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Shift Schedule:
- 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM
- 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative: Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
