Business Developer (AdTech)

We are looking for an experienced Business Developer to drive new business opportunities, build strong relationships with brands and agencies, and contribute to the growth of our client portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and generate new business opportunities from brands, media agencies, and digital agencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, demos, and pitches to showcase AdPlay’s solutions.
• Understand client requirements and prepare proposals, media plans, and customized solutions.
• Manage the business development cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop and deliver client-specific solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue through new client acquisition and existing client relationships.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, client servicing, or account management.
• Experience in digital media, digital marketing, ad-tech, media, SaaS, or technology solutions is preferred.
• Strong network with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers in Bangladesh.
• Proven experience in lead generation, relationship building, and closing business deals.
• Good understanding of the digital advertising and marketing ecosystem.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
