Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a "Business Analyst" with strong expertise in requirements engineering, business process analysis, BRD/FRD/SRS documentation, Agile/Scrum methodologies, UI/UX collaboration, UAT, and stakeholder management. This role plays a key part in managing requirements throughout the complete software development lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Job Overview:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through meetings, discussions, and consultations with stakeholders
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and process maps
• Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, traceable, and aligned with business objectives
• Prepare product demonstrations using Figma designs to effectively showcase proposed features, workflows, and user interfaces
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users

Key Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within the Insurance industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, MIS, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience with Figma for UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and product demonstrations
• Experience using Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar project management and task-tracking tools
• CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certification will be an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
