Role Description The Business Analyst will work on-site in the Madaripur District in a full-time capacity, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and identifying areas for improvement or optimization. The role involves preparing reports, presentations, and process documentation to support management decisions, as well as facilitating meetings and discussions between technical and non-technical teams. The Business Analyst will also support the implementation of new solutions, monitor outcomes, and recommend adjustments to ensure that business objectives are met effectively.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering to translate stakeholder needs into clear specifications.
• Effective Communication abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and present findings in a clear, structured manner.
• Understanding of Business Process design and improvement to map workflows and recommend operational enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with basic data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards) and report preparation.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Prior experience in a business operations or analysis role is preferred but not strictly required for highly capable candidates.
