Brand Executive

Square Toiletries Limited (STL), a sister concern of Square Group, is a leading local FMCG company with multiple leading brands in its portfolio. We manufacture and market 20 brands that meet the highest standards for our stakeholders. Currently, STL is looking for dynamic, hard-working, intelligent, and self-driven candidates for the following position:

Department: Marketing

Work Station: Dhaka

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand equity by formulating marketing mix
• Forecast the growth of assigned brands considering the past trend, consumer insight and future potential
• Work closely with cross functional departments along with creative agencies to make sure that the brand values and image are delivered accordingly
• Find out business opportunity in terms of new product and coordinate the innovation projects & evaluate new brands and extensions
• Monitor market trends and competitors’ marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered for the product to the right target group
• Idea generation by identifying the unique and relevant consumer need and develop & disseminate campaign accordingly, followed by post evaluation

Requirements:

• BBA/MBA preferably in Marketing from reputed university
• 3 years of relevant experience will get preference
• Adequate knowledge in MS Office
