About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual to lead daily operations at our The trading name of Prince Super shop ltd. Is Prince Bazar BD outlet. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth outlet management, exceptional customer service, and efficient team performance while driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor staff attendance and punctuality in accordance with the approved roster.
• Oversee attendance and duty records of security and cleaning staff, updating all relevant registers accurately.
• Handle customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure superior service standards.
• Receive goods from suppliers and the Central Warehouse, ensuring proper verification and documentation.
• Provide hands-on training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Review Zero Stock and Low Stock reports and take necessary actions to maintain product availability.
• Reconcile physical stock variances and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Analyze daily sales performance, customer count, basket size, and category-wise sales trends to support business decisions.
• Inspect damaged goods, wastage, customer returns, and cash banking slips as part of routine checks.
• Complete all end-of-day closing activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct market surveys for perishable items and monitor competitor activities.
• Organize and lead the weekly review meeting with department heads, supervisors, and executives to evaluate performance and plan improvements.
• Prepare and manage the monthly staff roster to ensure adequate shift coverage and operational efficiency.

• Experience: 4-8 years
• Education: bachelor in any discipline
• Skills: retail management, branch management, sales management, staff management, store management
