Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth retail activities, and maintaining high customer service standards. This full-time, on-site role in Dhaka includes managing staff schedules, supervising sales performance, and monitoring inventory levels to meet demand. The Branch Manager will implement promotional campaigns, coordinate merchandising, and ensure that store displays align with brand guidelines. The role also involves handling customer concerns, managing cash and daily reports, and maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations. The Branch Manager will regularly analyze branch performance, prepare operational summaries, and collaborate with leadership to achieve sales and profitability targets.

• Relevant experience in retail, branch management, or store supervision is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, depending on experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, maintain reliable attendance, and adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
