- Conduct on-site physical visit to identify and evaluate suitable locations for new branches, sub-branches, ATM booths, and other banking outlets based on business potential, accessibility, and infrastructure.
- Coordinate site visits, feasibility assessments, premises selection, lease negotiations, and related documentation.
- Prepare proposals, comparative statements, cost estimates, and other documents for management approval regarding branch expansion projects.
- High geographical mobility with willingness to travel extensively across selected regions for site selection.
- Coordinate the establishment, relocation, renovation, and refurbishment of branches, including civil, electrical, interior, signage, furniture, and fixture works.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, landlords, consultants, and relevant internal departments to ensure timely completion of branch expansion activities.
- Coordinate with concerned departments for obtaining necessary regulatory and legal approvals, permissions, licenses, and clearances for opening or relocating branches.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and expenses against approved budgets and report any significant deviations to management.
- Maintain and update records of lease agreements, rental schedules, project documents, approvals, and related correspondence.
- Prepare periodic reports on branch expansion activities and ensure effective coordination with Business, Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Security, Procurement, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports and proper processing and payment of rent, advance rent, utility bills, and other premises-related expenses in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
- Experience: 4 years
- Education: association of chartered certified accountants (acca )
