- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the branch.
- Maintain effective communication between branch employees and management.
- Manage and maintain student records, attendance, communication, and related activities.
- Monitor employee attendance, performance, and task completion.
- Prepare and maintain branch reports, records, and official documents.
- Monitor branch activities and targets, ensuring timely implementation of management directives.
- Respond to student, parent, and general inquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Ensure all branch operations comply with company policies and procedures.
- Support management in achieving branch targets and improving overall operational performance.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
