The role involves monitoring boiler pressure, temperature, water level, fuel consumption, and overall system performance while following all safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor boiler systems as per standard operating procedures.
- Maintain required steam pressure, temperature, and water levels.
- Monitor fuel consumption and ensure efficient boiler operation.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify operational faults.
- Perform routine maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
- Maintain boiler logs, operational records, and safety documentation.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and boiler operation regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and abnormal boiler conditions.
- Government-approved Boiler Operator Certificate (1st Class / 2nd Class).
- SSC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years
- Education: Government-approved Boiler Operator Certificate (1st Class / 2nd Class)., SSC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be preferred.
