About the Role
TyconPay is looking for an experienced bKash & Nagad Merchant Account Specialist with direct, hands-on experience in merchant onboarding, activation and ongoing merchant operations.
We specifically need someone who has previously worked directly with bKash and/or Nagad Merchant Accounts and has strong working relationships within the relevant MFS teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end bKash and Nagad Merchant Account onboarding.
Prepare and review Trade License, bank account, website, KYB and other required business documentation.
Coordinate merchant applications, verification, approval and activation.
Understand different bKash and Nagad merchant account structures/categories, their eligibility and operational requirements.
Coordinate API/integration-enabled merchant accounts where applicable.
Manage settlement, reconciliation and transaction-related operational matters.
Maintain strong working relationships with Merchant Acquisition, Merchant Business, Commercial, Partnership, Operations, Compliance and API/Technical teams at bKash and Nagad.
Follow up on pending applications and manage legitimate escalations through the appropriate channels.
Build and manage a scalable merchant-onboarding pipeline while maintaining proper KYB and compliance standards.
Who We Need
Candidates should have:
Direct hands-on experience with bKash and/or Nagad Merchant Accounts.
Proven experience personally onboarding merchants.
Strong and currently active professional relationships within bKash and/or Nagad.
Practical understanding of merchant eligibility, KYB, documentation, approval, activation, transaction limits, settlement and API requirements.
Ability to manage a high volume of merchant applications simultaneously.
Experience resolving merchant onboarding, activation and operational issues.
Ability to work and coordinate operations from Dhaka.

Can you manage the complete process from documentation → KYB → application → approval → activation → API/integration → settlement and ongoing operations?
