About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Bengali Subject Teacher (Primary) to join our academic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Bengali lessons, supporting student development, assessing learning progress, and contributing to curriculum and school activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Bengali to Primary-level students.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
• Use appropriate teaching resources and technology to support learning.
• Provide individualized support and encourage interactive learning.
• Monitor, assess, and document student progress.
• Adapt teaching strategies according to students' learning needs.
• Contribute to curriculum development and improvement.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Organize and participate in educational activities and school events.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Bengali or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience at the Primary level or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary Bengali curriculum and assessment practices.
• Teaching certification/accreditation is preferred.
• CIE/Cambridge training will be an advantage.
• O/A Level background will be an additional advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good English proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and classroom-management skills.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to student success.
