Back End Developer

I’m currently looking for a strong Senior Backend Developer (Laravel) to join our in-house team at Digital Decoding.

We are gearing up for some complex, data-heavy enterprise systems, and I need someone who can confidently take full ownership of the backend architecture, database logic, and API security.

You’d be a great fit if you have:

• Around 5+ years of solid hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel.
• A deep understanding of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and how to handle large-scale data processing efficiently.
• Experience with server optimization and caching (Laravel Octane, Redis).
• Good practical knowledge of background job processing (Horizon/Queues) and solid system security (RBAC, JWT).

This is a full-time, strictly on-site role based in our Khulna office.

For the right expertise, the salary is completely open and negotiable. We value strong problem-solving skills over everything else.

If you are someone who writes clean, secure code and loves taking on architectural challenges, let’s chat.

Please drop me a direct message with your GitHub profile or links to some complex backend systems you’ve built recently.

You can also drop your CV.

Looking forward to connecting!
